2017 The 5th International Conference on Electrical, Electronics and Information Engineering (ICEEIE 2017) is organized by Electrical Engineering Department, Universitas Negeri Malang (State University of Malang) supported by its partners which is to be held in Malang (Indonesia). The ICEEIE 2017 is presented in series for increasing quality and management associated with previous events for 2009 The 1st National Seminar on Electrical, Electronic and Its Education (SNEIE 2009), 2011 The 2nd National Seminar on Electrical Engineering, Informatics and its Education (SEEIE 2011), 2013 The 3rd Seminar on Electrical Engineering, Informatics and its Education (SNEEIE 2013), 2015 The 4th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Informatics, and its Education (ICEEIE 2015).

The ICEEIE 2017 is presented to serve as a platform for international exchange of ideas, collaborations and cooperation. The main objective of ICEEIE 2017 is to provide a scientific forum for scholars, lecturers, researchers and practitioners to exchange their ideas and innovations on the latest trends or novel results in the field of electrical, electronics and information engineering for bridging future technologies. The novel invention or results are strongly innovations on the exploitation of works and experiments throughout the accuracy analysis and interpretations for increasing positive impacts of future technologies around the world exchanges. Moreover, the scope of this worldwide meeting is to explore state of the art research covering a variety of concepts, ideas and breaking problems.

Prospective authors are invited to submit abstract or full papers electronically through the conference management system. The ICEEIE 2017 also invites presenters from academia, government, industry and others. Submissions will be accepted on the basis of a peer review process.

The papers accepted by ICEEIE 2017 must be presented on the conference date, and the presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xploree after the conference.
