The Gordon Research Seminar on Phagocytes is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. The GRS will consist of 3 scientific sessions featuring short research talks with audience questions and 2 poster sessions. The scientific sessions will be highly interactive and presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts to cover a wide range of phagocyte biology. All attendees will have the opportunity to present their research at the poster sessions. The GRS is structured to foster collaborative networking opportunities among the next generation of researchers in the phagocyte community. The GRS will conclude with a session devoted to career development. This will be hosted by a panel of senior scientists in the field and will discuss several key subjects to help graduate students and postdoctoral fellows be successful and thrive during their research years.
