The Polymers Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) provides a unique opportunity for graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience to congregate to present and discuss high quality research focused on the synthesis, characterization, and application of polymeric materials. The meeting (June 10-11) will directly precede the Polymers Gordon Research Conference (June 11-16) on the campus of Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, USA. Those applying to the GRS are strongly encouraged to submit an additional application to the Polymers GRC.

The seminar will include poster sessions and a select number of oral presentations on modern advances in polymer research. Submissions on topics such as drug delivery strategies, precision synthesis, materials for energy applications, sustainably sourced materials, novel characterization techniques, designed surfaces and interfaces, and self-healing materials are encouraged. The GRS will also provide opportunities for career development through presentations from invited speakers working in various fields as well as time for networking.
