The Conference will be held in Zhejiang Hotel, a garden hotel enclosed by mountains and lakes in the Hangzhou City. Many famous scenic spots of the West Lake are within several kilometers range around the hotel. The 13th IEEE Vehicle Power and Propulsion Conference (VPPC) will be organized by Zhejiang University and held in Hangzhou, China on Oct. 17-20, 2016.
