We are thrilled to welcome you to the Third International Symposium on Woody Ornamentals of the Temperate Zone, which will be held at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The meeting pulls together researchers and producers of woody ornamentals from around the world to present cutting edge information regarding all aspects of the development and production of woody landscape plants.

Minneapolis provides an outstanding venue for this international meeting. In addition to the technical sessions, we are planning visits to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and one of the nations largest producers of landscape plants, Bailey Nurseries, Inc.

The Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is easily accessible from many major cities around the world. The cities also contain numerous eating, drinking, arts, performance, and sports venues that are easily accessible via the Metro Transit system.
