The 10th ICSA international conference will be held at Xuhui campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China, on December 19-22, 2016. The International Chinese Statistical Associ-ation (ICSA) is a non-profit organization, established in 1987, with the aim of promoting the theory and applications of statistical disciplines through scholarly activities, including public-ation of journals in statistics and probability, scientific meetings, and other educational programs.
