The IEEE 2nd International Conference on Condition Assessment Techniques in Electrical Systems 2015 (CATCON 2015) [IEEE Conference No. 36599], technically co-sponsored by IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS) and IEEE Bangalore Section and organized by Central Power Research Institute, Bengaluru in collaboration with Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society Chapter of IEEE Kolkata Section will be held from December 10 to 12, 2015, in Central Power Research Institute, Bengaluru. The technical program of IEEE CATCON2015 will consist of tutorials, invited talks, posters, and presentations. Research papers describing original work on theories, methodologies, abstractions, algorithms, industry applications and case studies are invited.
