The 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT 2013) is a premier Asia-Pacific based symposium under the technical sponsorship of the Digital Signal Processing Technical Committee (DSPTC) of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (IEEE-CAS) Society. The symposium has also technical supported by the Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology Association of Thailand (ECTI Thailand), IEEE Thailand Section, the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), and the Korea Information and Communications Society (KICS).
