The 26th International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference (IVNC 2013) will bring together an international body of scientists and engineers to discuss their research on vacuum micro and nanoelectronics. The topics will include the theory, fabrication, characterization, and applications of vacuum micro and nanoelectronic materials and devices. The conference will have a four-day program which consists of invited talks, contributed talks and poster sessions. The Shoulders-Gray-Spindt Award will be given to the best student presentation.
