The development of information and communication technology (ICT) is now able to connect, monitor and control various human resources (People to People), objects (Things, Machines to Machines/M2M), between humans and objects (People to Machines) and related with other natural components. These developments allow an improvement process more effective, easy, inexpensive, and efficient. The utilization of ICT has been developed on the concept of smart village, smart city, smart community, smart transportation, smart education, smart health, etc., in order to improve the quality of life in rural, urban and community in general. In the context of identifying the concept of developing the use of ICT for the society, local industry development and government, e-Indonesia Initiatives Forum ninth will be held back to facilitate the stakeholders to exchange ideas about policies, researches, development and utilization of ICT.
