IEEE Sponsored 2025 International Conference on Emerging Trends in Networks and Computer Communications (ETNCC) will be organised by the UNESCO Chair on Secure High-performance Computing for Higher Education and Research, Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) in a hybrid mode from August 05-07, 2025, at NUST, Windhoek, Namibia. The conference is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE South Africa section.

The 2025 ETNCC conference covers emerging trends in a wired and wireless network, high-performance computing, emerging and intelligent computing, smart communication and networking, IoT automation and manufacturing, vehicle communication, signal, Artificial Intelligence,  image processing, edge computing,  blockchain and cyber security etc. 

The conference is anticipated to attract a large number of high quality submissions and stimulate the cutting-edge research discussions among many academic pioneering researchers, scientists, industrial engineers, students from all around the world and provide a forum to researchers on:

  • Propose new technologies, share their experiences and discuss future solutions for design of Networks and Computer Communications Systems.
  • Provide common platform for academic pioneering researchers, scientists, industrial engineers, students to share their views and achievements.
  • Enrich technocrats and academicians by presenting their innovative and constructive ideas in the field of Smart communication, Big Data: Infrastructure and Analytics  and cyber security.
  • Focus on innovative issues at international level by bringing together the experts from different countries.

Call For Papers

ETNCC-2025 invites full-length original research contributions from researchers/professionals from industries, R&D organizations, academic institutions, and government departments from across the world. Full-length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding 09 pages as per the IEEE double-column format can be submitted. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and should not be under review in any of them.

Submitted papers will undergo a review by at least two members. The review criteria include quality, relevance, originality and correctness. For this conference, we will have a double blind review; the identity of both the authors and reviewers will not be disclosed. Only anonymised submissions will be considered.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
