You are cordially invited to participate in the 11th International Symposium on Educational Technology (ISET 2025) to be held in Bangkok, Thailand on 22 to 25 July 2025. ISET 2025 is co-organized by IEEE Thailand Section Education Society Chapter, Kasetsart University, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, Hong Kong Society for Multimedia and Image Computing, Tung Wah College, HKCT Institute of Higher Education, and IEEE Hong Kong Section Computer Chapter.

Broadly covering instructional technology, information and communication technology for educational purposes, educational technology aims to enhance learning flexibility, improve learning effectiveness and enrich learning experience. It has become an irreversible force driving changes in teaching and learning practices, not only on the content delivery but also the learning process, in order to make learning become more sustainable, flexible and smart.ISET 2025 aims to provide a platform for knowledge exchange and experience sharing among researchers and practitioners in the field.

The symposium theme is Technological Innovation : Sustainable and Flexible Smart Learning. Original papers reporting the latest research findings and novel applications of technological innovation for teaching and learning are welcome. Paper Submission

Original papers should be written in English and submitted by 15 January 2025 28 February 2025 (extended). Your paper should follow the IEEE's two-column proceedings format in 4 to 5 pages for regular papers, and 2 to 3 pages for short papers. ISET 2025 uses a DOUBLE-BLIND review process. Submissions (including citations and figures) must not contain information that identifies the authors, their institutions, funding sources, or their places of work. Relevant previous work by the authors must be cited in the third person to preserve anonymity. Failure to anonymize submissions will result in desk rejection. The Symposium Proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society CPS (subject to confirmation) and accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore, IEEE CSDL and EI indexing subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Best/Excellent paper awards will be granted to authors of papers with exceptional merits. Selected papers will be recommended to relevant international journals.
