The 9th International Conference on Control, Robotics, and Cybernetics (CRC 2024) is set to take place in Penang, Malaysia from November 21-23, 2024. The event is proudly sponsored by Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia.

CRC, initially launched by a collective of committee members in 2016, has grown to be an annual conference with an important mission: to provide a global platform where scientists, scholars, and engineers can present their ongoing research, and foster meaningful research relations between universities and industries. Over the past seven years, the conference has been successfully held in locations including Hong Kong, Chengdu, Penang, Tokyo, Wuhan, Shanghai, and Changshai.

The agenda for CRC 2024 promises an enriching experience, featuring keynote speeches from industry leaders, presentations of peer-reviewed papers, as well as a cultural and social program designed to facilitate networking and collaboration. We warmly welcome professionals, experts, management, and students from universities, research institutions, and companies to attend this conference.

We look forward to seeing you in Penang for what promises to be a conference of insightful discussions, knowledge sharing, and innovative ideas. Join us at CRC 2024 to be a part of the ongoing advancements in the fields of Control, Robotics, and Cybernetics!

The IEEE Robotics and Automation Society is committed to advancing diversity in Robotics and Automation, and to promoting an inclusive and equitable culture that welcomes, engages, and rewards all who contribute to the field, without regard to ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.

The purpose of the the 9th International Conference on Control, Robotics and Cybernetics (CRC 2024) is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners interested in the related fields. Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Acceptance will be based on relevance, contribution and originality. There will be both oral and poster sessions. Each of these topic areas is expanded below but the sub-topics list is not exclusive. Papers may address one or more of the listed sub-topics, although authors should not feel limited by them.
