It's the 10th year of ICWOC conference, and it witnesses the development of the field in Intelligent Computing and Wireless Optical Communications. ICWOC will keep working on itself as an annual conference whose aim is to provide this chance and platform for the researchers from academia, industry, and government institutions to exchange and present the novel research on intelligent computing and wireless optical communications.
