Scope:The tenth IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC2021) will be held in the beautiful coastal city of Xiamen, China, 28-30 July 2021. This conference will feature world-class plenary speakers, major technical symposiums, industry and academic panels, workshops, tutorials and invited tracks.
