作者指南

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Submissions must adhere to the IEEE Conference Proceedings Format Guidelines. Papers should comprise four to six (4 to 6) pages in standard IEEE two-column format, including figures, tables and references.
All the papers must be electronically submitted by Easychair.
All submissions will be reviewed by three (3) experts.
Workshop papers will be published by IEEE and will be accessible through IEEE Xplore
