The 2018 IEEE Colombian Conference on Robotics and Automation (CCRA 2018) is the second edition of the biannual technical summit related to robotics and automation organized by the IEEE RAS Colombian chapter. CCRA 2018 will be held in Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia, between November 1-3, 2018, with the support of the IEEE Caribbean Colombian Subsection. The venue for CCRA 2018 is Universidad del Norte.
CCRA’s objective is to gather academic and industrial Colombian robotics and automation community to discuss advances in robotics, automation and related field such as control engineering, and to discuss how to transfer this knowledge into the society. As part of CCRA 2018. This year, the event will include a Doctoral Symposium were current research in the areas of the conference will be presented by doctoral students, in order to show ongoing innovations in the scholar community and discuss its potential impact in industry.
