ACCT 2018 is Sixteenth International Workshop on Algebraic and Combinatorial Coding Theory organizing bySkolkovo Institute Science and Technology, Institute for Information Transmission Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The workshop will be held in Svetlogorsk (Kaliningrad region, Russia) on September 2-8. It is located 30 km from Kaliningrad, former Konigsberg. Konigsberg is a famous European city, in particular, by its Albertina University of Konigsberg, where many great scientist worked, starting from Immanuel Kant.
