A Multi-stage Cross-Coupled Amplifier

A multi-stage cross-coupled amplifier (MSCC) is presented. Implemented in a 130-nm CMOS technology, experimental results show that the MSCC amplifier driving a 15-nF load capacitance achieves dc gain of about 80dB, unity gain frequency of 0.398 MHz and phase margin of 75.9°.
