In this paper, a reconfigured third-order Hilbert curve patch Antenna on Chip (HCPAoC) is implemented in 65nm CMOS process, which is composed of a Hilbert curve patch for radiation and a pair of MOS switches for radiation pattern reconfigured. The simulated results show that a good impedance bandwidth of 46.6% for S11 < -10 dB( 41.83GHz-68.19GHz ) is obtained, as well as a stable radiation pattern with about -7.5 dB gain is achieved. The performance of the designed antenna illustrates it is suitable for personal area network applications.
