The AsiaEvo Conference is a platform that brings together researchers from all fields concerned with evolution, including genomics, developmental biology, paleontology, phylogenetics, ecology, biogeography, evo-devo, and others from Asia and the rest of the world. The conference aims to stimulate evolutionary research in Asian area, to reinforce cross-disciplinary collaboration among countries, and to promote young researchers.
The 1st AsiaEvo Conference will be held from April 18-20, 2018, in National GeneBank, Shenzhen, China. This conference is co-organized by China National GeneBank, Kunming Institute of Zoology (Chinese Academy of Sciences), State Key Laboratory of Genetic Resources and Evolution (China), Evolutionary Theory for Constrained and Directional Diversities Group (Japan), and Society of Evolutionary Study in Japan. We warmly welcome researchers, academic teachers, students as well as journalists and other persons interested in evolution to join us and discuss the current state of the art and future directions of evolutionary studies.
