It is with great pleasure to inform you about the 1st International Congresses on New Horizons in Education and Social Science (ICES - 2018) that will be held in Istanbul, TURKEY from 9 to 11 April 2018. The congress is organized by International Scientific Researches Association & Journal (IBAD) and ASOS Education Consultancy Company. ICES - 2018 Congress is open to all scholars, academicians, researchers, teachers and students across all education and social sciences.

1st International Congresses on New Horizons in Education and Social Science (ICES - 2018) will provide a scientific assembly for all participants all over the world to explore and discuss the different topics. The conference will also provide an opportunity to learn about the current issues such as trends, latest statistical methodologies, best practices, statistical design, analysis and conclusion in education and social sciences researches.
