The conference theme of the year 2017:
Asian Economies in the Globalized World
This year, we especially solicit research papers investigating the relation between Asian economies and developed economies (i.e., US and EU in the northern hemisphere and Australia and New Zealand in the southern hemisphere) and between Asian economies and other developing/emerging economies. Papers need not necessarily be confined only to the Asian regions. We also welcome papers that have more broad implications to other parts of the world as well as to Asian economies.
Enjoy our conference in cozy autumn season in a traditional Japanese town of Hikone, Shiga, Japan. The deadline for a full paper submission is August 18, 2017.
The 1st RESSU conference welcomes both theoretical research papers and empirical research papers on topics relating to risk in Economics as well as in broader social science. We strongly encourage international scholars to submit research papers in the following fields in economics: macroeconomics, microeconomics, international economics, and environmental economics. We also welcome papers in data analysis and social psychology.
