With the recent release of the Government’s $1.75 billion infrastructure investment program, there has never been a better time to attend the 8th Annual Northern Territory Major Projects Conference taking place on the 18th & 19th of October at the Darwin Convention Centre.
Proudly supported by the Northern Territory Government, the conference will highlight the exciting developments shaping the North. The signed City Deal, the partnership between the Commonwealth and the Territory, further strengthens the increased investment in the future of Darwin’s infrastructure, jobs, culture and tourism.
The region will see commercial developments including vast hotel complexes, agricultural works such as Seafarm, the largest aquaculture project in Australia, increased transport network upgrades, cultural centres and tourism infrastructure, including a new museum for the Territory and a Darwin-based waterpark.
Attracting well over 300 delegates annually, the largest major projects and infrastructure event in the Territory examines crucial infrastructure projects taking place across the NT. A diverse range of high profile speakers from both government and private sectors will provide the latest updates on major projects. The event provides a vital forum for evaluating opportunities in key growth sectors set to strengthen the economy and future-proof industry in the Territory.
