The Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia, is organizing the IFRC 2017, an international conference on food research with the theme “Emerging Challenges in Food Research”. The IFRC 2017 is a platform for learning and sharing experiences among academics, researchers, entrepreneurs, industry practitioners, and policy makers who are involved in food research. The conference is also aimed to foster the industry-university collaboration.
As of May 2017, we are very happy to announce that we have more than 250 registered participants coming from sixteen different countries, presenting the oral and poster presentations, virtual poster and 3-minutes oratory competition.
The Innovation Open Day (IOD) organized by the Putra Science Park will be held in conjunction with the IFRC 2017. The IOD is an exhibition of research innovations with copyright protection for commercialization by the industry. The industry practitioners are cordially invited to the IOD exhibition and discussion with the UPM experts.
