Al-Sc-Zr alloy is widely used in aerospace field due to its high strength and toughness. In this paper, Al-0.1Sc-0.05Zr alloy was treated with heat preservation at 300℃for 465min after solid solution at 600℃ and was cold rolled for 40%, 60% and 80% after 600℃ solution, and then was preserved at 300℃ for 465min. By analyzing the hardness, microstructure and tensile properties of the alloys in different states, it was found that the hardness, yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of the alloys that was treated with cold deformation for 80% at 600℃and aging treatment at 300℃were 60.16HV, 212MPa, 138Mpa and 8.33% respectively. The conclusion can provide theoretical basis and technological support for the wider application of Al-0.1Sc-0.05Zr alloy.
