Currently, quality is a key factor for any company, since it always seeks to meet the needs and desires of customers, since a quality product is a competitive product. The work aims to analyze failures in the electric glass mechanism of cars during the warranty period granted by the network dealerships. This analysis will be done using statistical quality control through the sigma level analysis and process capability. The average repair cost of the company reduce by approximately 70% if the production process is maintained at a level of at least three sigma of quality.
