In the paper, a new type of needle pillar micro heat sink is designed. The needle cylinder arrangement of the heat sink meet the plane unfolded form of Van Iterson model, the geometric position of maximum filling and complementary can be achieved by using cooling needle on the micro heat sink ,and a reasonable space air flow channel can be formed, so that the cooling efficiency can be improved with the radiator. The micro heat sink temperature field simulation was made by using Fluent. And the influences of the phyllotactic parameter and needle cylinder diameter on the performance of micro heat sink cooling patterns were obtained. The result shows the heat dissipating performance can be improved by using the micro heat sink.
