The Effect of Internship on Employability ---Take Example of College Students Majoring in Management

Employability refers to the ability to obtain employment, maintain employment and to obtain a new employment. We study the effect of internship on college students through in-depth interviews, the grounded theory and the content analysis, and reach the conclusions:1) the lagging of STW education is the most significant background characteristics of college students, 2) the effect of internship on college students is to make up for the lack of STW education in early high school, to help them understand the differences between school and work, but not to improve the ability and skills.
