Government Role and Country Differentiation of Transnational Corporations’ Corporate Social Responsibility in China

It is weakening for some transnational corporations in China to build up corporate social responsibility (CSR) with the features of country differentiation. The main reasons include enterprise’s cost pressures, internal control dilemma and external system deviation, government regulation defects and legal environment difference. By using system theory, game theory of interest balance,industrial organization and planned behavior theory, and other theories, this articlediscusses the influence factors and reasons of country differentiation of CSR for transnational corporations in China. It proposes solutions through the government role to CSR with difference of transnational corporations in China. The article provides the construction of its CSR -related suggestions.
