The electric vehicle (EV) industry develops rapidly, more and more EV charging service providers or supervisors tend to run EV charging business by building EV charging service network. However, EV charging service network due to its decentralized electricity infrastructure deployment, open and flexible way to join the network, will also face a variety of information security risks, which put forward higher requirements and challenges on EV charging data and customer information security protection. In this paper, we put forward a typical architecture of EV charging service network, and its major business data flows. On this basis, we analyze the potential information security risks of EV charging service network, from the aspect of physical environment, communication network, host application, and intelligent terminal. According to the information security analysis, we put forward some possibly adoptable countermeasures to give EV charging service stakeholders some information security tips.
