In response to the issues of high labor intensity, low efficiency, and poor working conditions caused by the manual loading of manure scraped by cleaning equipment in high-bed sheep farming systems, this study focuses on mechanized manure collection, lifting, and loading technologies. A two-stage manure conveying and lifting system was designed, with key structural parameters including a conveying capacity of ≥2 t/h, a manure scraping channel width of ≥400 mm, and a channel plate thickness of ≥1.75 mm. Experimental results demonstrate that the system operates stably with reliable transmission performance. Combined with scraping technology, it achieves mechanized and automated manure cleaning in high-bed sheep pens, effectively addressing the mechanization gap in manure collection, lifting, and loading. The research provides a practical technical solution for manure management in high-bed sheep farming systems.
