Multiround iterative testability verification is key to ensuring the rationality and effectiveness of testability design and guaranteeing the realization of fault diagnosis capabilities. Existing testability verification technologies for diesel engines mostly fail to meet the demands of testability verification under complex stress conditions, and the level of automation of related methods is insufficient. To address the above needs, this paper conducts research on the testability verification integration technology of electronic control systems under complex stress conditions and constructs a universal and automated testability verification technical framework. This framework includes testability verification scheme design and evaluation, fault data sequential generation, target unit operating environment, and intelligent testing and interpretation.Meanwhile, considering the characteristics of the diesel engine electronic control system and its complex stress, this paper focuses on three core technologies: the testability verification profiling design technology considering complex stress conditions ,  the sequential fault data generation technology oriented to multi-source information, and the verification environment construction technology considering vehicle communication conditions. Finally , based on the constructed testability verification integration technology framework, three typical components—electronic control units , sensors, and actuators—are selected for case study and analysis. The testability verification is completed for five typical fault modes, and the verification results prove that the testability design is reasonable and effective. Therefore, the testability verification integration technology support the universal and automated testability verification of electronic control systems, thereby providing support for testability design and the realization of fault diagnosis capabilities.
