摘要
The Core Make-up Tank (CMT) is a passive high-pressure injection technology that has been widely used in large commercial pressurized water reactors and small modular reactors.Based on the investigation and analysis of thermal hydraulic researches related to CMT , and combined with integral effect test or separate effect test, the thermal hydraulic phenomena of CMT and its branches are studied. This study aims to obtain the thermal stratification characteristics and its influencing factors under ocean conditions, and to compare and analyze the evolution characteristics of thermal stratification under different marine conditions.Based on the experimental device of the core makeup tank, under typical ocean motion conditions such as heaving, tilting, and rolling, experimental research on the thermal stratification phenomenon and its influencing factors inside CMT was conducted. The experimental results show that the effects of heaving and tilting conditions on the thermal stratification inside CMT are not significant. The rolling motion can enhance the mixing process of the hot and cold fluids inside CMT, with the thermal stratification region diffusing axially and becoming thicker, reducing the axial temperature gradient within the region, ultimately turning most of the CMT into a sloping temperature zone. The initial temperature difference has a small impact on the changes in thermal stratification. A decrease in the rolling period or an increase in the rolling angle will enhance the mixing process of the hot and cold fluids, accelerate the diffusion of the thermal stratification region, and reduce the temperature gradient within the sloping temperature zone.
