摘要
Aiming at the problems of low data management efficiency and insufficient data application in high-current linear induction accelerator, a digital platform for operation and maintenance of high-current linear induction accelerator is designed and built by adopting B/S architecture and combining digital and intelligent technology, covering database structure design and Web-based data application system function design. In order to ensure and maintain the access security of the system, the virtualization technology and VMware vSphere are used to deploy all the services of the digital platform and provide external services through the gateway.In the aspect of data management, HDF5 data file is used to store the time series related to the experimental serial number, MariDB structure database is used to store the meta information related to HDF5, and Postgresql relational database is used to store the experimental process data, so as to simplify the management system and enhance the maintainability and extensibility of the system. In the aspect of data application, six functional modules including operation management, maintenance management, exception management, data analysis, process management and data configuration are designed by adopting the concept of hierarchy and classification, which preliminarily realizes the digitalization of device condition monitoring and the standardization of operation and maintenance information storage.This digital platform can also provide reference for the research and development of a new generation of larger and more complex digital platform for operation and maintenance in scientific apparatus in the future.
