摘要
Radiation detection has crucial research value in medical imaging diagnosis, aerospace surveying, environmental monitoring, and national security. Radiation detector is a device that records the number of nuclear radiation particles, identifies particle types, and determines the distribution of nuclear radiation energy. The scintillation detection is one of the main means of radiation detection, and its performance is largely determined by the scintillator. The scintillators used for pulse neutron detection possess high neutron reaction cross-sections element such as 1H (n, p) and 6Li (n, α), and 10B (n, α). RP perovskite material, as a new type of scintillator with a high hydrogen content of 1022, can effectively detect pulsed neutrons using the recoil proton method. Compared to the decay time of tens to hundreds of nanoseconds of 0D, 1D, and 3D perovskite scintillators, 2D scintillators have a faster decay process and a fluorescence lifetime in the range of only a few nanoseconds. Those advantages enable scintillators to accurately measure the time information of different neutron radiation fields. This is very important for applications such as time correlation research, pulse counting, and time analysis, and is suitable for the requirements of fast response of time resolved detectors. In addition, perovskite scintillators have good linear response and particle discrimination ability, stronger statistical and high repeatability, and have great potential and application value in radiation accident warning, radiation dose monitoring, and nuclear science research.
