摘要- 为解决智能小型化开关柜仪表室二次电缆过多导致二次电缆过多导致仪表室门开闭困难等问题,本文以某地220kV变电站安装的智能小型化纵向回转/换挡分段隔离柜二次接线图为切入点, 使用仪表室的终端内部布线方式分析不同类型智能电子设备(IED)、传感器等组件之间的信号类别、连接方式、信号流向。在保持接线图功能不变、符合接线规定的情况下,通过调整IED和端子的空间布置,优化冗余接头,通过其他技术手段整合零部件设计,完成开关柜仪表室门线二次电缆的优化设计。优化后,分段隔离柜仪器室二次电缆总数从193根减少到109根,整体优化率达到44%。该研究结果可为智能小型化开关柜二次电缆轻量化设计提供参考。
