The nozzle structure of the circuit breaker has a direct influence on the gas flow rate, which in turn affects the interrupting performance of the circuit breaker. In this paper, different nozzle structures are simulated based on the simplified enthalpy flow physical model. The effects of different throat width and neck length of SF6 circuit breaker on arc blowing gas flow and dielectric recovery characteristics are analyzed, and the changes of pressure distribution and dielectric recovery intensity of pressure chamber at zero crossing point of current are compared. The influence rules of nozzle throat width and neck length are obtained. in a certain range, the neck length increases, the breaking capacity increases, the throat width increases, and the breaking capacity increases at first and then decreases, which provides an effective theoretical basis for the design and improvement of SF6 arc interrupter.
