    The Aeronautical Radio Incorporated (ARINC) 429 bus is an aeronautical data bus used for data transmission between avionics equipment. In modern aviation aircraft such as aircraft, many sensor data are transmitted using this aeronautical data bus[1]. In order to ensure the reliability and security of sensor data communication, it is of great significance to monitor ARINC 429 signals. However, the distribution of various sensors in aircraft is often fixed because it needs to comply with various principles such as aerodynamic principles[2]. Rearranging the layout to monitor ARINC 429 signals is not very feasible. In order to solve the above problems, this work designs a non-intrusive ARINC 429 data monitoring module, which can be directly connected to the ARINC 429 bus cable to collect and monitor various sensor information transmitted in the form of ARINC 429 signals. The use of this module can effectively reduce the cost of finding faults in the avionics system and has good application prospects.
