The initial charge structure and process parameters of the electric initiator were studied by orthogonal test. By testing the output pressure and action time of the electric initiator under different charge structures and processes, the structural parameters and process parameters that affect the output performance of the initial charge were determined. Through range analysis, the influence degree of parameters such as the type of charge, the diameter of charge, the pressure of charge and the amount of charge on the output performance was determined, the horizontal influence trend chart was drawn, with the size trend and the optimal combination of the primary and secondary factors were determined.
