Simulation research on explosion flame calculation model in enclosed small-scale space

Abstract: In order to study the influence of different flame models on the explosion simulation results, this paper uses the Fluent simulation platform to couple the C language program, embeds the different flame fold coefficient models into Fluent, and simulates the changes of the flame front during the explosion in a small space under different model conditions. Variation law of flame shape, flame propagation speed and vorticity in mixed gas explosion engineering. The research results show that when the Angelberger model is used to calculate the explosion flame in a confined space, the flame shape at each moment is similar to the calculation result of the Charlette model. When the "Tulip" flame is generated, the "petal" flame is obvious, but the flame propagation speed and vorticity are higher. Small; when the Zimont model is used to calculate the explosion flame in a confined space, the flame shape is compared with the calculation results of the Angelberger model and the Charlette model. The folds of the flame increase. In the early stage of forming the "Tulip" flame, the "petal" shape of the flame is not obvious, but in the later stage Similar to the Angelberger model and the Charlette model, the flame propagation velocity and vortex are greatly increased compared to the two models; when the Charlette model is used to calculate the explosion flame,the flame shape and flame propagation velocity at each moment are close to the test results.
