Geological mapping at scale of 1:50,000 is being covered around 33.7 per cent of the territory of Mongolia, and it has surveyed in some special areas in Mongolia, and included the medium-scale topographic map with a scale of 1:50,000, which is the base map of the geological mapping. Large scale topographic map is generated from DEM including aspects, hillshade, lineament extraction and stream and its one of the most efficient methods in the cartography. In the paper, remotely sensed ALOS/PALSAR data has converted into UTM map projection and spatial co-registrations, large scale geomorphology and surface information, create 3d topographic maps, and thematic images that can be used for geological and morphological mapping. Moreover, the conversion to UTM reflection was automated an application /software/, and the application was created to determine equiangular changes at intervals of 45' along the latitude and 30' along the longitude with the data of the edge points of the mapping territory. The application, software, of topographic mapping methodology and other survey results can be fully applied to this researched n in the future.
