摘要
Purpose/Aim
Smart grid requires the measurement of all information in power grid. At present, most sensors used to measure power grid information are installed indoors. However, most of the measurement requirements are outdoors, and the collected data is difficult to process and send to the terminal. This makes it difficult to obtain the data widely distributed in the line in the smart grid. In that case,  even the data int the transmission line that can be measured effectively is difficult to be used.  At present, there are few relevant articles and studies. Therefore, it is necessary to design a processing device based on data acquisition. And this data processing device should be able to work outdoors, that is, it needs to have the ability of self energy supply.
Experimental/Modeling methods
This paper designs a data processing device based on MCU. The system is wired with the front-end sensor module to provide energy for the sensor module and receive the current measurement data from the sensor. MCU realizes analog-to-digital conversion of data through its own ADC module. These digital signals are sent to the cloud platform through the 4G module. Both the front-end sensor module and the system are powered by the energy device based on current transformer. The above modules are designed and distributed on the PCB board, which is also described in this paper.
Results/discussion
After testing, the system can better realize analog-to-digital conversion of data and send it through 4G module, and the data received on the cloud platform can effectively reverse the current data in transmission lines. The energy extraction module can extract 200mA current from the 90A primary side current, whose power can be about 1W.
Conclusions
The system based on MCU designed in this paper can realize the function of data conversion and transceiver, and can realize self powered operation at the same time. It provides an idea for outdoor power grid data measurement.
