摘要
Purpose/Aim
Steep impulse voltage can effectively find defects caused by manufacturing, aging and other reasons of electrical equipment, and there is currently a lack of steep impulse voltage standard sources that can calibrate steep impulse voltage generators. In order to calibrate the steep impulse voltage generation device, this paper designs a steep impulse voltage standard source based on the impulse voltage generation loop and calibrates its scale factor.
Experimental/Modeling methods
First , the passage analyzes the influencing factors of the output voltage error of the steep impulse voltage standard source and designs the steep impulse voltage generation loop. Secondly, considers the influence of spurious parameters, calculates the loop output function. Furthermore, simulates the output waveform of the steep impulse voltage generation loop based on ATP-EMTP circuit simulation software and debugs the occurrence loop. Finally, develops the steep impulse voltage standard source and carries out scale factor calibration tests.
Results/discussion
Steep impulse voltage standard source can generate wave head time 200 ns, peak 1kV steep impulse voltage, which meets time parameter uncertainty 2%, peak uncertainty 1%. 
Conclusions
The steep impulse voltage standard source developed through theoretical calculation and simulation design can generate steep impulse voltage to meet the calibration requirements, and further develop a steep impulse voltage standard measurement device based on the steep wave voltage standard wave source.
