摘要
UHV  double-circuit line is the main erection method of UHV AC transmission lines in China. Due to the compact structure of the overall tower, the large transmission capacity under the same corridor width, and the high economical power transmission, therefore, in the future construction of UHV power grids, it will also be the main tower form. Since the size of the double-circuit UHV tower electrode is significantly larger than that of the EHV tower electrode, it has a more obvious impact on the discharge characteristics of the air gap. In order to deeply study and master the discharge characteristics of this type of tower gap under different voltages, a full-scale tower was used to carry out a test in this paper. The research results are of great significance for the optimal design of UHV towers.
