The reactor in the power system is burnt down due to inter-turn short circuit, insulation aging, overcurrent and other faults, which affects the safe and stable operation of the power system. The power extraction method of conventional on-line monitoring system cannot keep stable output in a wide range of transmission line current, which results in power supply interruption. In addition, due to the influence of power grid fluctuations and current harmonics, the difference between the maximum loss and the minimum loss is found to be as high as 15% during actual measurement, and the existing monitoring system cannot accurately represent the actual operation status of reactors.
