The migration of charged particles in liquid dielectrics is critical for their insulating properties. However, the commonly used methods for measuring carrier mobility are all achieved by indirect measurement of current, which makes it impossible to visually observe the dynamic migration process of carriers. In this paper, the spatial electric field is detected by array photodetector based on the Kerr effect, and the spatial resolution of the electric field is improved by frequency analysis. This method is used to realize the real-time measurement of carrier mobility in liquid dielectrics. The results show that the carrier mobility in propylene carbonate can achieve 10-4 m2/Vs.
