Multi VPP bi-level optimization scheduling method based on complementary water-light-storage system

With the rapid development of renewable energy and new power systems, the issue of energy efficiency and economic optimization has received widespread attention. Virtual Power Plant (VPP) technology has become an important way to improve the economy and reliability of new power systems. Since distributed photovoltaic and interruptible load included in VPP have strong uncertainties, which make system regulation and operation safety difficult, this paper proposes a bi-level optimization scheduling method based on water-photovoltaic storage complementary to improve the overall operating profit of multi-virtual power plants. First, the water-light-storage complementary method is used to realize the coordination of multiple power sources and improve the energy utilization efficiency. Secondly, the power sharing and market game strategies are introduced among multi VPPs and the multi VPP cooperative sharing dispatch model and VPP market game dispatch model are constructed with the objective of maximizing the economic benefits of VPP by considering system uncertainty. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed optimal dispatching method are verified based on simulation case analysis.
