摘要
The user-centric mobility service integration of MaaS concept has developed rapidly in recent years all over the world. As the core and soul of the MaaS concept, one-stop ticketing and payment is very important for facilitating the joint of multimode passenger transport systems. However, due to different transportation modes, its operating companies, public management departments, fare generation methods, ticketing and ticket checking methods, payment methods, subsidy policies etc., all have different degrees of difference. In order to realize the one-stop ticketing and payment integration between different modes of transportation from regional wide, it is necessary to systematically analyze the influencing factors of ticketing and payment, and on these basis, propose targeted solutions and development strategies. This paper has a preliminary review of the MaaS concept and the status quo of research and development, and then analyze the connotation, extension and influencing factors of ticketing and payment, then, taking the Greater Bay Area of China as the case study, systematically analyzed the facing problems on the development of the one-stop ticketing passenger transport system, and some corresponding development strategies proposed to fulfil those gaps. The conclusions and experiences formed in this paper can also be applied to other regional even national joint passenger transport service systems in China, and even internationally.
