摘要
Compared with large and super-large cities, the development level of public transport in small and medium-sized cities in China lags behind, where the carbon emissions are higher and has potential improvement space for emission reduction. This study analyzed the total amount and spatial distribution of public transport carbon emissions in China's small and medium-sized cities. By using scenario analysis method, the study obtained the future development trend of carbon emissions in small and medium-sized cities, then a low-carbon scenarios was selected as the development goal, and the development path was planed. Finally, the basis of the characteristics of public transport carbon emissions in small and medium-sized cities were summarized and analyzed. Based on the research, the paper puts forward targeted emission reduction policy suggestions to provide theoretical basis for the development of energy-saving and emission reduction of public transport in small and medium-sized cities.
